Okay, time to get serious. 9 months ago

I’ve really ballooned, and am not fitting into my regular pants.

So I’m now going to get serious. I want to cut out or at least down on the sugar, bread, potatoes, for an extended period of time. I think the walking rate is fine, so I’ve got the exercise. It’s simply a matter of cutting down on sugar, I think.

It’s not just sugar….it’s the calories and fat too. Just make a choice to really watch what you eat. You can accomplish this!

That's how I'm doing it.

No potatoes, no white rice, no bread. And I lose an average of 1 pound a week. Which may be slow for some, but I am just excited I am finally losing – plus, I eat everything else I like – all the meat and veggies I want. Just staying away from starches. Oh, yeah, like you, I’m also trying to cut out the sugar. Sometimes I splurge, but never sugar with flour! (donuts, cake, etc.) You can do it! Good luck!
