Week 2

I’m still plugging away at Week 2. It doesn’t seem to be getting any easier, so at this point I think I’ll be on it at least another 2 weeks. I think part of the problem is that I haven’t been doing any resistance training for the past two weeks which is making me a weaker runner. I’ll definitely need to be more consistent with resistance training if I want to complete this program, which I DO.
