showered went for my physical update report. My total chol is 119! Wow! Lowest it has been in years! Still can’t get my Ritalin, the Pharmacy has a glitch with my insurance company, day 5 withdrawl symmptoms.

Then I went to the dentist, I canceled three appts. before this one for anxiety attacks I was having, Some on the same day as the appt. Well, it went okay, the dental hygientist made me laugh and I couldn’t stop so she tried to smoother me with the handkerchief thingy that goes around your neck and that made me laugh more.

So after that the Doctor comes out and tell me “Good!” like the Verizon commercial and I yell, Yea! Thre more months free!

After that it was around 2:30 PM and I went to the American Red Cross and gave double red blood cells. You can actuially sit up on a bench propped up, eat cookies and drink Oj while they draw your blood, remove the red blood cells, and transfer a soluntion of saline while this is all taking place. They do this about 2-3 times and then your done. The only requirement is you have to have a pretty high iron level to be accepted to do this or you can just give a regular pint of blood.

Then, I came home and crashed, I felt emotionally drained and slept awhile. Now I am up and I think I am going to watch the DVD from Blockbuster.com “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2,” Lol. I already seen the first one and I am a fan of Amber Tiesen who played in that show, “what if God is one of us, her older brother is in a wheel chair, and her father is Police Chief. The show got canceled after 2-3 seasons, I believe. Plus, the actress who plays the starring role in “Ugly Betty,” (love the shoe hate the title, sorry) America is one of the four girls in the movie. The other one is from the show with the single mom and her daughter goes to college, Harvard I believe; on Lifetime or another TV station and haven’t seen the show, maybe it was canceled too.

Well the Boston Celtics just won a short time ago by 2 points in double elimination overtime and in second place overall.
