Starting now. I’m all messed up (thanks, school!)...I need to be getting up at 7 or 8 am in the morning, but going to bed at 3 or 4 doesn’t give me enough sleep. So I end up napping when I get home and the cycle continues because I can’t get back to sleep until much later.
Okay, it’s 1:30am, no more playing on the computer (even though I had a three hour nap earlier), maybe I’ll read a book until I fall asleep.
