Yes eight years is a very long time but understand, my focus was a lot different when I was 26 as opposed to 18. I learned that work (blue-collar, back-breaking, sun up to sun down, six days a week) is hard. And I didn’t want to do that for the rest of my life. So after being out of college (cause they kicked me out) for 8 years I went back with a whole different perspective. I got straight A’s in the 5 classes (15hrs) I took my first semester back. It wasn’t easy. But, it was much easier than the alternative.
