Spunky_bum is sick of drowning in all my imperfections
well im going great!
Im drinking up to 6 smoothies a day, lots of water and eating salad type stuff in between the drinks..
The smoothie is the nicest colour (from the blueberries), drink it with some ice and a straw, yum :D
I weighd myself lastnight.. 59kg.. so another kilo has been added on.. but all good, it’ll be going down again in no time.. :D
ok so.. CW-59kg
and my GW-55kg
BUT my long term goal weight is 50-52kg..
How is everyone else??
