This should be a constant goal. Since we change all the time, we have to always re-evaluate ourselves.

Huge goal, and I agree:
one that is ever present in the face of inner and outer changes.
“Health”, “well-being”... in themselves big, big concepts. I think soon as one’s achieved what looks to be health in any of these areas, one tends to look for a way to go further. Hence again the constancy.
And yet part of health in all these arenas is to just “be”.. to relax, to not stress and strive.
Balancing relaxation / go with the flow/ live in the present stuff with the equally essential persistent striving side… the yin and yang, active and passive.
Moving towards our destiny actively while waiting for it to reveal itself to us…
Now, enough! I need to do a little incremental work on some of these healths myself!
