Training stopped for a week 8 months ago

Finally feel like i’m getting somewhere when I sprain my ankle at the weekend, figure it’s not so bad so it’ll be okay and then run five miles on it then play in a rugby tournament.
Bad choice I guess
Now i’ve had to take a week out and let it heal up a bit, moved back home and dont have any running buddies and any clue where to run, totally in need of a bit of inspiration or anti-lazy tablets
