Do at least one hundred abdominals every day for a week. (read all 26 entries…)
Having finished my first entry for goal #2, To advocate

a more humane, feasible, efficient immigration policy,

I’ve allowed myself that second shot of tequila, and finished a banana. And I’ve done… 8, 9, 10 isometric abdominals, side to side to work the obliques.

If I do 50 crunches, I’ll reward myself with another shot of tequila.

Here goes! 1,2,3, ...49, 50! Yay! Well, let me do fifty more.
