22. Lake Dillon, CO and 23. Silverthorne, CO 8 months ago

I love running there, though doing any distance makes me really feel the lack of oxygen! My brother lives in Silverthorne, and for shorter but steeper runs when we visit, I just continue up the mountainside his condo is on. But driving over to nearby Lake Dillon is definitely more scenic, and I like to run into Frisco if I have time.

Yes,

which doesn’t bother me at all, unless I’m running some distance. If I lived there, I’m sure the ol’ bod would adjust eventually and it would be fine – but we’re never there for long.

A 10k

probably feels like 10 miles. Haven’t ran at altitude for a long time – Utah was the last place I was able to.
