Wore my fancy spring hat to Easter Vigil. Already wrote about it but finally downloaded the photos from my camera. From Fleur de Paris in New Orleans. Saving my money for another visit. :) Love them!!! Great milliner!

I read a book this past year that I really loved, it’s called These Granite Islands (or maybe just These Granite Isles…I can’t remember). Anyway, it is set in the 1930s, I think, and the main character works as a milliner. It made me appreciate that kind of art.

I love to wear hats, and Easter is certainly a traditional time to wear one. I left mine home this year by accident, but I want to wear more hats this year, too. Thanks for the idea!
