control my diabetes (read all 28 entries…)
I've joined another class for my health. 8 months ago

It’s at the local clinic. I don’t remember what it’s called, but it’s something to do with low-cost preparation of food. I could really use some alternatives in eating.

for being so proactive with this. I’m trying to help my mother with her diabetes and it’s not an easy road.

I try, but I’m feeling like the only way to help her enough would be if I could be living with her and be able to help her improve her diet and monitor insulin if that’s what she really needs. But that’s just not something that’s practical I’m afraid.
