This is the last week of the Healthy lifestyle challange. I have failed…but in this I have learned.

It’s not just keeping up with the exercise and eating right if you forget to take care of the rest of your life. I was so tired the days that I exercised and tried to over do it. But when I got enough sleep and ate right and then did my exercise I felt much better!
