breakfast was strawberries and granola. Tastier that it sounds. Bear naked banana nut.

Lunch. tomato, mozzarella, basil on rosemary

dinner. butternut squash and ham.

snack- apples and peanut butter.

Next step exercise and sleeping more than 4-6 hours a night.
