I’m looking at a condo that’s rather reasonably priced in my area. The thing is, I don’t think I’ll have the cash-flow available to close on it unless I rent it before I even own it! grrrrr this is so frustrating. I think it would be perfect. And I could likely rent it for slightly more than the mortgage. I just need to find a creative way to finance it. shakes head
Well, coming from a different angle…
I trade stocks & options. My take on this is opportunities always come back one way or the other. Forcing a trade (as in buying / selling something when conditions do not appear completely ideal) usually ends up being a losing trade most of the times.
The important thing is to keep looking for opportunities instead of focusing on the missed ones.
I’d like to get into real estate though. It seems like the next step for me to diversify my portfolio ;)
