My ideal weight is 140.
I reached an all-time high of 230 last month.
I’ve had health problems in the last two years, but everything seems to be going back to normal now, so there is no excuse anymore!
So I started training (jogging, yoga and strength training) a month ago and I went to see a nutritionist to find out was I was doing wrong. Turns out I was eating too much carbs and not enough proteins.
Here are my results so far:
Weight on May 1st: 230
Weight on May 27: 214
Weight loss to date: 16 pounds (not too bad!!!)
Pounds left to loose: 74
I will conquer!
