Well lately I have been trying to get on the health kick and I have found that the time that I spend working out in the morning has truly helping me in spending time with myself. If I am either on the bike or doing jumping jacks-I am with myself and I am enjoying it. Nobody can bother me and I am finding that it isn’t so bad (working out that is).
