I recently set up Drupal to use for my weblog, and while it works great, the recent beta version has a bug in it that won’t allow anonymous users to comment under certain conditions. I initially filed a bug report on the drupal site, but after digging in a code a little I found out what the problem was and submitted a patch that fixes it. They haven’t applied the patch to the source, but that’s okay. It’s there, and it works.

So, it’s not a big contribution, but it’s a contribution nonetheless. Go, geek, go!
