but I’m not gaining at least. I’ve been nauseated for two months. That goes a long way towards naturally killing your apetite. The foods that nauseate me are greasy and usually meat. I’m tring to slowly become a vegatarian. I found out today that my B12 level is low. You need B12 to digest protein. I’m getting one B12 injection a week for the next three. I got one today and actually feel less tired. I hate feeling that boneless kind of tired. I took a 2 mile walk with my husband. True we took our time but it was exercise. It was nice getting outside and spending time with him, too!
