In the last 5 days I’ve been eating 1400-1500 calories and lost 3.5 pounds. I’m not hungry and I don’t even think about binging.

I ate pizza at 2:30 am (after Israel Independence Day) and lost some weight on the next day – weird.

glad to see your weight loss is going great, I think my biggest factor is going to be to get it through my head the more i eat the more i will lose, for some reason i always eat way below calorie levels recommended

I know what you mean. There was a period of time when I ate 600-800 calories a day because I was sure that if I eat any more I will gain weight.
