Did really well today. 7 months ago

Started eating a baggie of cut up carrots and celery on the way to work. And home… I’m a little over full and bloated now from muching so much raw fruits and veggies, and chugging water all day. But I feel good about having around 5 servings today. Had mandarin oranges with cottage cheese for break fast, carrots and celery on the way to work, a banana at work, and apple on the way home, and the rest of the carrots and celery. Gonna try for the same tomorrow. Minus the stomach discomfort…
