You need to start exercise on a regular basis. It will take a while for you to feel results, but it is so worth it! For me it took about 4 months to get into a good exercise-routine and feel the results. I went from depressed and tired to alert and happy. I would not have needed my antidepressants if I started this a long time ago.

Get started, get moving! :-)
