Exercise 5 x week.
the only way ...

I’ve found to exercise regularly is to keep focused on the “goal” and not the individual workout or exercise. If I focus on reaching 30 minutes on the StairMaster or doing 3 reps on a weight machine, I feel tired and often discouraged. But if i spend alot of time “visualizing” what I want to achieve … and keep this result constantly in mind as i exercise, time goes by quickly, and I find the motivation to meet or exceed my goals.

I guess this is just another variation on “where there’s a will, there’s a way” ...
