When I started out, I was 172, my heaviest ever. Right now I am 164. I have made some progress, but still would like to lose about 17 pounds to be at 145. I normally eat about 1,500 – 1,800 every day, so I am trying to lower that a little bit. I am trying to exercise everyday. Not just 15 minutes but 30 or 45. I know it is a bit unhealthy to lose weight very fast, but I want to lose that last 17 pounds by May 25, 17 days. So that is one pound a day.

I want to go on a juice fast. I have done it before for 5 days, lost 7 pounds, gained 2, and kept off the other 5 pounds I lost. So I will fast for about 14 days (2 weeks) to get the weight off, and leave some room for a few pounds weight gain afterward.

I’m just really tired of trying and trying and nothing happening. I will get off that weight, and continue with a healthy lifestyle afterward.
