I made a very detailed duty list. For instance, I wrote down each room and sectioned every part, like for the kitchen, Clean the fridge, Clean the outside of fridge (top and sides, doors) Wipe down fridge side baseboards, and wall..etc..
I think I have 5 pages total for my apartment but most everything doesn’t take long and whoever does a task can cross it out. Like with the fridge, one of us can just clean the top and cross it off..Some things take a minute, some take a lot longer but it’s being caught up and from then on it can just be wiped down or whatever and not so much work.
Anyway, so far it’s working out really good! This way it’s not so overwhelming and the house is really starting to look great! It wasn’t horrible before, but it needed detailing really bad.
I wish I had Excel on my computer so I can print it up and check it off so we can reuse it. I’m gonna have to look into that :)
