create and follow a better nightly routine (read all 2 entries…)
I did it!

I forced myself to get up and turn off the tv and lights and go lay down in bed. I did not get up when it felt like it was taking too long to go to sleep. I know that this sounds silly but it was hard to do. I am tired of passing out on the couch with the tv blaring and messing with my dreams every night!
