I was overweight in high school. I used to binge-eat and that led to me gaining about 30 pounds. I went from 160 to 190 lbs and was the biggest I ever have been.
I’ve gained weight again, but no more than maybe 5 pounds. I’ve been eating more than I should be lately and not drinking enough water or exercising so it’s not hard to see how I gained. Most of my jeans are tight on me now :(
I just want to lose about 10 pounds so I can fit (comfortably) into my pants again. I’m not huge, but I do have a tummy and hips that need to be toned and trimmed down a bit.
