with my wife as my spotter, i just got a great workout! i corrected my form and also moved my hands closer together to make the pushups more difficult. i really felt it during the post-workout stretches.
can’t wait to do this again and again.

thanks for the advice

that is the precise form i’m working towards. if you check out one of the first entries for this goal you’ll find a pic of me that shows i’m starting from no muscle at all! i can barely do one pushup with fingers touching in the middle, however i am getting stronger. ultimately, the goal is 50/night with fingers touching.
