lose weight (read all 3 entries…)
Have to start again. 7 months ago

I need to lose weight, I want to lose weight, I have to lose weight. Last year I lost 46lbs, between mid-Feb to May, but gained 25lbs back since. I was on a roll, and then for some reason I just stopped, I still haven’t figured out why in order to move on completely, and not repeat the same mistake again.

I weigh 225 lbs as of now, I had gone from 246lbs to 200lbs in that short time, the most heavy I’ve been has been about 270lbs many years ago.

It killed me inside not to have gone unde the 200lbs mark, since from then below I did not remember a weight I weighed at different points in my life. 200lbs I weighed when I was in 8th grade you see, and I basically had a marker as to when I weighed a certain amount as I lost weight.

I have a family history of diabetes, and heart problems, and was really terrified when I had started to get short of breath and pains in my chest before I had decided to lose weight back in 2008. I want to be healthy in order to live a full life, and enjoy it while not being dampered by my weight issues.

Also the Clothing factor was there too, I want to look good in what I wear. My goal as of now is to be between 165lbs and 170lbs and then see where I go from there, as I am 5’7’’.

Well, wish me luck as I wish you all the best of it! I’m going back to what had made my weight loss a success; eating well, exercising, not eating past 6pm and drinking lots of water. Hopefully it works again, although i might do a little more workouts.
