There are four days until the evening of the Science Fair. I usually know by now how many participants and where they will be placed throughoiut the gym. I have made a simple map and a tentative time schedule. (These are very important to sequential people.)

I have ordered the trophies from a local vendor, Dallas Trophy. The trophies will be awarded at the end of the year ceremonies on June 12th.

The snacks for the event will be vegetable and fruit trays and water. I found that CostCo had the most inexpensive trays. They were less than getting them through our district food service. (Hmm…)

Today I will design a participant award and pick up stickers that will allow me to know the judges have looked and talked with the participants.

I will e-mail the High School Media Assistant and request to borrow 10 laptops from their mobile unit to accomodate the slide show presentations.

Today I will try to link together all the slideshows that were started but not finished so that the parents and faculty can see what their children can accomplish. This is about 100 presentations.
I know I can do it. Thank heavens for Memorial Day.
