kt_kthx Today is a new day!
Before I went to college I was at a healthy weight of 115lbs. Over the last five years, I have managed to max at 165lbs. I started to lose some weight this last winter and am now down to 158lbs. I’ve even been keeping track of my progress with body shot photos, which are private.
I plan on signing up for a gym membership when I receive my first summer paycheck.
I am also joining in a veggie share for the summer, where two friends of mine and I split a case of family farm veggies for four months! It should be great. I might go completely vegetarian if everything works out accordingly.
Anyway, until then I have been walking more and eating less.
Wish me luck! I know I will feel a whole lot better if I can drop a few pants sizes!
