i am at 290 now. im so close i can taste it! i have about a month before i go back to the states, and i want to at least have 315 by then!

So any tips? I still am not quite there, and I feel like either my workout regimine needs shaping up, or I am not doing the proper types of sets. Thoughts?
hard work.thats what it takes. keep up the heavy sets, but dont forget to take the proper rest times.
