I'm having trouble 6 months ago

I’ve got to admit that I have lost motivation. Now that I do not feel as tired, I think that I will have to work out the 2 hours that I did before getting off track. And I will get back on track! Oh yes! So, as of tomorrow, or maybe a few hours (since I just programmed my alarm at 5.40 am and it is now 1.40) I’ll go to the gym and really take advantage of the month I am paying! Yay for me!

losing weight

It is soooooo boring. But stick with it, because no-one can do it but you. I go to weight watchers, which keeps a lid on things, I lost a lot of weight, but after nearlya year I have lost motivation and despit being a kilo off my goal started putting weight back on – but now I will try again. Less red wine will probably help.
