I love yoga! i can’t get enough of it, that’s how amazing it makes me feel. The feeling of increased flexibility as I proceed through the class is priceless, you can really feel it working. And when I concentrate on drawing deep, clear, calm breaths during the poses, it seems to last for hours, if not days afterwards, helping me think deep, clear and calm thoughts! I absolutely love it.
There is a brilliant website called YOGA TODAY, I really recommend the beginner’s classes, and I find especially Neesha’s lessons easy to follow. You can watch their free one-hour videos at http://www.yogatoday.com – did I mention it’s free? Oh and did I mention I love yoga?! :)
I’m just practising on my wooden floor at the moment, and sit on a folded up towel for comfort, but I am really looking forward to buying myself a yoga mat soon, I just need to put a bit of money aside for it. That’s the beauty of yoga though – you don’t need a lot to practise it!
