madamwitty is checking in on 43T after a 3 year hiatus
Recently I’ve been focusing a lot on my food intake, just small things like making sure I’m only eating when I’m actually hungry. 4.5 months post-partum, I am finally down to 10 lbs. over pre-baby weight. Since I started focusing on my food intake, I have noticed a slow but steady weight loss, so hopefully that will continue.
The exercise generally takes care of itself. I love being in a one-car family and living near work, since it means I have to bike or walk to work every day. I would still like to make more time for running, though.
