Sunday 6/7/09 – Did nine (9) strength training exercises for the back, 2 sets of 12 each. Two cardio sessions.
Monday 6/8/09 – Nine (9) strength training exercises for the legs, 2 sets of twelve each. Nine (9) strength training exercises for the glutes.
Tuesday, 6/9/09 – Training Chest and Shoulders. One cardio session.
