Ok, this is ridiculous.

I lost weight well I was in Bangkok because it as hot and I was modeling full time. However, when I got home I did a whole lot of eating and tv watching and not much else and I gained it all back. I am naturally right around 130lbs. I was around 122 mostly while I was over seas, but got down to 118. I want to get back to at least 122. I was fine with gaining the weight because I was bored and figured I would lose it as soon as I left, but it’s been over a month now and I am still here.

I want to be my thinner self again. I am fine being this weight, but for work thinner is better and I love being able to wear the ridiculously short dress etc. Besides I hate having everything in a 0/2 or 2/4. And… I will have to be about 113 for Paris for my height (5’10.5”) which I would LOVE to work in.

So let the work begin. If I am going to be here for another month I need a Gym membership. Ten pounds in counting.

i suggest picking up a few self help books, or eating disorder related books to understand your thought process. try to reach out and speak to someone.
