have a regular sleep pattern (read all 5 entries…)
Well at least my sleep pattern is regular in its irregularity! 6 months ago

I went to bed about 1am last night feeling quite alert – no surprise as I’d napped during the day. I read a little till I was drowsy and conked out and had a good night’s sleep. I didn’t set an alarm as I was aware of feeling very tired. Maybe I should have cos I didn’t wake up properly till about 11am!

I suppose it’s no harm but I do like the feeling of waking up early. On the plus side, I’m less likely to have a nap today. I’ll aim to get to bed at a reasonable hour tonight.

I know I’m lucky really because at least I don’t have insomnia.

Thatz the thing I do too. Usually go to bed at 11 12ish and then wake up at 11am. Been doing it for awhile or yrz. And have cat napz too during the day. Basically Ima just sleeping my life away…

Glad I'm not the only one!

I don’t know about you but I think sleeping too much actually makes me more tired. About 7.5 hours seems to be best for me. But like you I’m sleeping a fair bit more than that.

I think I just need a routine. There’s nothing that I have to get up for at the moment so I need to be more disciplined. I’m going to keep trying.
