Practicing Vipassana makes me feel more alive, gives me a greater self worth, makes me appreciate the little things and makes me a more loving and lovable person, not to mention gives me great insight. I have started meditating and I hope, I try, I plan to keep it up. I am confident I can, because I want to be a better person – for the sake of others and for the sake of me.
