MAUFLO08 Refocusing
So, I’m still down to about one a day. I’m kind of wavering between fully quitting and just having the occasional cigarette. I’m trying the approach of everything in moderation. I know it sounds awful, but I just can’t force myself to repress. It just makes me want more, more, more. I talked to friend who lost weight in the Marines and asked him how he did it. He said, everything in moderation. I think I’ll begin to try that. I think I’ve gone wrong with the all-or-nothing approach.
