Since I wrote my “How I Did It” story, I have replaced my functional resume with a new one that includes these sections:
- Heading (Name and contact info)
- Education
- Work experience
- Service (volunteering)
- Involvements
- Awards and Honors
My chronological resume hasn’t been changed much.
