so im going on holiday to turkey in 2 months, and i really want to loose a little weight before i go as i think at the moment i weigh a little more that i want to.
I am 127lbs, and want to be 117, so i have 2 months to loose it, i dont think its an unreasunable goal, i mean thats what thats only a lb and a bit a week, easy!
I am currently not a member of a gym,but i want to be again, so am going to try and re join. When i have i am going to work out every other day for 45mins-1hour :)
What are the best exercises to do to loose weight?
My rules im setting myself.
1.Small boal of cerial for breakfast
2.NO drinks appart from water
3.salad everyday for lunch
4.ONLY 3 meals a day
5.WORK OUT WORK OUT WORK OUT!
i hope i can do this, it will boost my self asteam loads!
