Yea, I know Day1 was a while ago… but I have a tendency to try and start this right when my world is turning upside down. I haven’t made it to Day7 in so long I could jump for joy! Of course, I’m feeling a little drained at the moment, lol. Thank God I’m here though!
Other than the past couple of nights I’ve been working out on average 3hrs per day and loving the days I make that 5 or more mark. I feel good and looking forward to seeing this out much longer.
