Sounds like you have a plan. Keeping the bike out of the city till you get comfy on the bike. Just stay safe out there. Get yourelf a good helmet and the proper clothes to ride in. Don’t forget good set of gloves that allow you a good feel of the controls! Remember anyone can ride fast, the trick is to be able to ride Slow. Master SLOW riding and it will make everything else come easier. Balance is the key to good bike control. Have a great time, and get used to the feeling. When I ride even on my way to work after all this time I still feel it! Keep us up to date on your progress.
