jog regularly (read all 4 entries…)
waking up is difficult 6 months ago

my plan is almost ruined! it’s so hard to wake up at 6 in the morning to start jogging. but i have to do this. i have to achieve my goal. so here’s the dates booked for jogging:

saturday, 27th june
sunday, 28th june
tuesday, 30th june
thursday, 2nd july
saturday, 4th july
sunday, 5th july
tuesday, 7th july
