April Goal: Complete 30-60 minutes of exercise (cardio and toning) at least 3 times a week (read all 8 entries…)
Definitely start this week

With Christmas vacation in full effect I’ll have surplus time. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday I’ll take Rose’s classes~ I love group exercise class, which are bith fun and motivational. I also plan to take a peek in on Tiger Chungs Martial Arts studio while on break.
