First step -- qualify

I’ve been vacillating between several fitness goals. Finally decided this is #1. First step is to qualify. At 44, I have to run a 3:20 in another marathon. So I just enrolled in the Shakespeare Marathon in Stratford-on-Avon, to be held in May. Gives me enough time to get back in marathon shape. I should be able to make the qualifying time without any trouble…as long as I stick to my training plan. I’m going to use Pfitzinger’s Advanced Marathoning, 18 week, 55 miles per week, plan.
