sits on my kitchen table doesn’t mean I have to eat it. I’ll just let it get stale and throw it away. I’ve enjoyed enough of the holiday junk food and I’m ready to move on.

Christine is working hard.
I would probably...
toddle off and leave it in the park for a homeless person.
LOL… well, I am pretty girly and if its still good I would probably cut it into pretty little pieces, add 3 cookies, smarties, pretty cellophane foil a ribbon, a card and give it off to the neighbours…
and claim I baked it myself.
Which I of course didn’t because I haven’t baked a cake from scratch in my entire life…
The possibilities are endless.
And if it is already stale,... ducks are a big fan of cake, I am pretty sure it is not good for them, but on the other hand the park ducks have endured much worse than a christmas cake I am sure. :D
you are adorable, and so resourceful. thank for the wise bits of advice, but I’ve already let the cake get hard and stale. I’m using it as a door stop. The weather is nice it keeps the door open and the breeze is flowing in. but thanks much. :)
