I want to get stronger so I can get back to my real life. Since I broke my ankle in 2007, I have had problems with my leg, with walking, with everything.
The plan is to keep on with therapy, see about accupuncture (appt. today 6/29/09) and keep on the elliptical schedule.

I was afraid of that

In fact, I had to stop what I was doing and sit down because my foot started aching. Sometimes I feel like I’m just a mess.

So sorry to hear that. I am fortunate that I don’t have A LOT of pain. Just mobility problems that affect me. I know what you mean about hurting exactly where you broke it. I used to be able to predict the weather on mine!
