Twin Peaks was a ground breaking series that aired in 1990-91. I had a personal connection to the show since I was in the series as an extra in season 2, but had never actually watched the show when it was broadcast (I spent the whole summer in Europe that year). Of course my mom watched the show and that’s how she discovered that I was smoking at that time.

Anyways, to make a long story short I never did watch the series and then 19 years later, I decided to rent the DVDs from Netflix and watch them with my kids. Of course I knew some of the story, but it’s quite a different thing to see the finished work as opposed to the small pieces you actually shoot when you are on set. I enjoyed watching all the episodes with my teenage boys and they were quite amazed to see me on TV with my long hair back then. Before the X-files and other similar shows, David Lynch created this unique series that led the way.
